Join us for a tour of the colorful cottages of Minden, Louisiana!

Hosted by Cottages & Bungalows Magazine with Sara McDaniel of Simply Southern Cottage and special guest, Wendy Conklin of Chair Whimsy, you’ll be able to tour the restored and renewed properties Sara is known for.

For the first time ever, guests can peek into all of these properties on the same day:

Historic Fuller House

The Villas at Spanish Court

Phillip’s Cottage: 

See the “pre-reno” cottage of Sara’s newest project in honor of her father that will be a transitional home for women and children

Sara’s Personal Home 

and a drive-by peek of The Cottage on Fort

Walk with Sara through Phillip’s Cottage as she shares the  process she takes to renovate an old home, learn how to mix patterns and colors from Wendy at The Fuller House , and meet Kelly, the editor of the magazine for tips on styling a photo-worthy home as you tour The Villas.

Each ticket holder will receive a fun swag bag to take home!

Shop the Curated Cottage Market on the grounds of The Villas and grab a bite from the nearby food trucks.

The tour is a few short blocks from downtown Minden where you can take in even more charming shops and eateries to make a day of it.

A portion of event proceeds will be donated to the renovation of Phillip’s Cottage
